Hands-On Leadership: Our Director, Shamara Beltran, is highly involved, engaging and training inside our classrooms daily. She maintains strong connections with both children and parents—ensuring a personal touch in our care. Our Assistant Director, Priscilla Rodriguez, is diligently updating schedules to meet the needs of both our staff and our children, ensuring proper classroom coverage. She also manages the communications and document hub in the office, keeping everything running smoothly. The owners, Cassie Saquing and Lauren Torres, are on site weekly, actively ensuring team accountability and the integration of best practices for the company.
Dedicated and Caring Staff: As part of a female-founded and independently-owned small business with a passion for lifelong education, our team is made up of dedicated full-time and part-time professionals from all backgrounds, genders, and experiences. Each staff member brings their best to the classroom, ensuring that your child receives exceptional care and education every day. Our culturally diverse staff is supported by full-time floaters and dedicated schedules across both floors, maintaining smooth operations and fostering a positive and happy environment for our teachers and students alike.
Small Class Sizes & Low Ratios: We maintain small class sizes and low teacher-to-student ratios, giving your child the attention they deserve. (Infants/Toddlers - 12 children per room cap and Preschool age - 15 children per room cap)
Year-Round Classroom Placement for Stability: Our classroom placement is designed for the entire school year (Sept-June), ensuring your child benefits from consistent peer group socialization. We prioritize stability over convenience, maintaining the best environment for your child’s long-term social and emotional growth.
Inclusive Environment: Our daycare center (1st floor) and preschool (2nd floor) is a multicultural community where diversity is celebrated. Flexible Tuition Payment Plans: Choose from 10, 11, or 12-month tuition payment options that best suit your financial needs—providing flexibility throughout the year.

Onsite Enrichment Programs: Optional Enrichment programs are conveniently available onsite during operating hours, providing additional learning opportunities without disrupting your schedule.
Fun Friday Pizza Day: Every Friday is pizza day (included in tuition and purchased from a local small business), adding a fun and delicious end to the week that your child will look forward to!

My oldest would cry every day before sitting down for virtual learning with our public school kindergarten class. She desperately missed being with other kids and teachers in person. When we learned there was an opening for her, we didn’t hesitate to enroll her in the Tiger 2 class. The education she receives at FPS is comparable to her K class. She’s happy! “FPS has ongoing open communication regarding all aspects of your child’s care.
Prior to covid-19, FPS meet everything on my check list when it came to caring for my infant. They have a warm and friendly staff, vigorous and developmentally appropriate curriculum, a safe indoor and outdoor environment, and continued opportunities for parents to engage either though dojo, cameras, email, or monthly events. As a parent I was very nervous to send my now toddler back to school. Let’s face it, toddlers are little germ factories! However FPS met this challenge head on with detailed policy and protocols that they continue to evaluate, improve, and communicate. Beyond that they found a way to make masks, hand washing, temp taking, and all the other new realities child friendly. I feel so fortunate to have such a great place to take care of daughter while I work. ”
