Attention all Parents and Guardians: Please be informed that as of November 29, 2024, it is mandatory for all FPS students between the ages of 6 months and 60 months to receive their flu shot in order to continue attending school.

We kindly request that you provide us with a copy of verification confirming that your child has received the flu shot. Failure to do so will result in your child being unable to attend FPS starting Monday, December 2, 2024.
